CV Products purchases certain assets of HUTCHBSR as part of liquidation.

Thomasville, NC (August 19, 2010) CV Products has purchased certain assets of the former racing component supplier HUTCHBSR. CV Products is excited for this opportunity to supply HUTCHBSR customer’s quality service and support for all their racing needs.

CV Products will continue to provide trackside sales at NASCAR, ARCA, IMSA and Grand AM sports car races. The former locations of HUTCHBSR in Concord and Mooresville NC will not be reopened. Instead, all sales and service of HUTCHBSR products will be moved to CV Products current locations in Mooresville and Thomasville NC.

This purchase of certain assets will allow CV Products to continue its strategic expansion into the racing chassis market, while continuing to supply engine builders with quality components to a variety of motorsports markets.
