All returns must be shipped prepaid. We cannot accept COD packages. All items returned after 45 days will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. No parts are returnable after a period of one year from the invoice date.

If a part falls under the manufacturer warranty, it may take 30 – 45 days for the manufacturer to complete the warranty process. The manufacturer will cover these warranties, not CV Products, Inc.

We can not accept returns on custom parts, special orders, non stocking items, or closeout items. We do not accept returns on electronic parts, radio equipment and accessories.
