Weighs less than one pound! The core of our Knee Knocker is comprised of a lightweight formed aluminum - sandwiched between two layers of 1/2" BSCI Impact Foam. The cover is manufactured of a durable flame retardant fabric with a 1" wide hook & loop material for ease of installation. The knee knocker can also be modified to your requirements.
