Terms
All orders are shipped COD, certified check, or prepaid
unless other arrangements have been previously made. An open account,
regardless of payment terms, will not be established with CV Products Inc.
until ALL proper applications forms, credit references, and final approval have
been fully processed. CV Products Inc. reserves the right to make all final
decisions regarding customer account status. Contact your CV sales
representative for more information on how to establish such an account.
Shipping
CV Products Inc. utilizes a variety of common freight and
expedited carriers. Under certain circumstances, CV Products Inc. may extend
the choice of shipping carrier to the customer. CV Products Inc. reserves the
right to make all final decisions regarding shipping carriers.
Any damage due to shipping must be referred directly to the carrier service. CV
Products Inc. cannot be responsible for damages due to carriers' negligence.
Any discrepancies in CV Products Inc.’s order processing or shipment, such as
quantity of parts invoiced versus actual parts delivered, must be reported
within 10 days of receipt by customer in order to make a legitimate claim of
error.
Return of Merchandise
We have had a number of issues in recent months regarding
customers NOT following proper procedure in returning merchandise for exchange
or credit. Each current CV Products catalog includes a comprehensive "Policy
Page" that clearly explains the steps you must follow to ensure proper return
of merchandise. These policies are established in the best interests of both CV
Products and our customers. If a customer chooses to not follow these four
basic steps, the return will NOT be processed. ***Please Note: We do not accept
returns after 90 days of purchase.

Contact your CV representative and request an RGA (returned goods
authorization) number.
CV Products will NO LONGER accept nor process returned
merchandise unless the customer has first contacted an authorized
representative for approval! Do NOT return parts without pre-authorization from
CV Products.

Provide your CV representative with full and proper information regarding the
details of the merchandise to be returned, such as reason(s) why, date of
purchase, etc. . .
CV Products will review each situation on a case-by-case
basis to determine the legitimacy of returned merchandise and how the
return is processed. If such information is not provided or forthcoming, the
request will NOT be approved.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice receipt.
In situations where the original invoice receipt is not
included, the return for exchange or credit will NOT be processed
and/or approved until the
original invoice receipt is established. The original invoice is critical to
expediting the return process, benefiting both the customer and CV Products
Inc.

All merchandise must be properly repackaged in order to ensure safe shipment
and delivery of the merchandise to CV Products Inc.
CV Products sells new, unused merchandise (with the
exception of special inventory overstock or clearance sales). Therefore, when
merchandise is returned for exchange or credit, CV Products reasonably expects
such merchandise to be received in similar new or "like new" condition.
THIS INCLUDES THE PACKAGING FOR THE MERCHANDISE ITSELF! If the merchandise,
including its packaging, is not "like new" (as originally shipped to the
customer), it cannot be resold as new; therefore, a restocking charge and/or
denial of credit may apply.
Following are examples of improper packaging/shipping
procedures:

Returning merchandise "loose" in the shipping container, allowing it and/or the
packaging to become damaged during transit.

Writing on or otherwise defacing the packaging, damaging packaging beyond
reasonable efforts required to open or use the merchandise, or not returning
the merchandise in the original packaging.
CV Products Inc. reserves the right to apply a restocking charge and/or deny
credit to the customer for returned merchandise that has been special-ordered,
altered, modified, damaged, or otherwise changed from its original state,
regardless of reason.
* Exchange and/or credit for special-order merchandise will be processed
according to the return policies of the original manufacturer. If the original
manufacturer will not accept the return, CV Products cannot be held responsible
for providing the customer with exchange and/or credit. The customer will be
responsible for all freight charges related to the return of special-order
merchandise.
* Inventory overstock, clearance and other similar sale merchandise is
considered final upon shipment from CV Products there is NO return policy
for such transactions.
Following are examples of returned merchandise that
will be subject to a restocking charge and/or denial of credit:

Components such as mounting brackets or engine bearings that have obviously
been installed, marring the surface(s).

Valve springs, wrist pins and other components that have a surface film and/or
special packaging to protect the material from corrosion, which have been
improperly handled and now exhibit corrosion.

Product that has been in the possession of the customer for an extended period
of time, such that the product(s) have become obsolete, discontinued or
similar.
CV Products' comprehensive "Return of Merchandise" policies
are designed to ensure that we can continue to provide the highest level of
customer service and satisfaction possible. All customers are expected to
